BFIA is offering the number 1577-7716 as a telephone counseling service to immediately help foreigners residing in Busan to solve any problems or hardships they encounter.

This service will be available from the 23^rd of March , from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. everyday. Callers can receive counseling in six languages: Korean, English, Tagalog, Chinese, Vietnamese and Indonesian. Just dial 1577-7716, select a language, and you can talk to a counselor. The counselors can assist with issues pertaining to daily life immediately, and if you need medical or legal help, they will connect you to relevant agencies. As occasion requires, volunteers who can translate are going to help foreigners consult with professionals. In addition, anyone who wants personal counseling can visit BFIA in person during office hours.
