There are many public officials working in various sections of Busan City.
Public officials were selected by exam based upon their ability to execute Civic Administration and Affairs At present, approximately 2,300 public officials are working in Busan City Hall.
The mayor is our elected representative.
Every 4 years, there is an election held and citizens choose the best representative who will work the hardest for Busan City among all the potential candidates.
The mayor is the representative of Busan Metropolitan City outside and generalizes the embodiement of all the city's all affairs inside.
