The City of Busan’s “historic downtown culture cluster ‘Totatoga’”, which supports local artists’ activities, through the availability of venues, the structuring of sectors, and community activities for citizens, was also given a special mention at the 2nd edition of the International Award 'UCLG – MEXICO CITY – Culture 21' in 2016.
