 Environment & Energy Tech 2017

Korea’s largest international environment-energy exhibition, "Environment & Energy Tech 2017" will be held at Exhibition Center 1 of BEXCO for three days from September 6th (Wed.) to 8th (Fri.). This event, organized by the Busan Metropolitan City and The Kookje Daily News under the sponsorship of Bexco, TodayEnergy, KOTRA and Korean Environmental Industry Association, will be the largest exhibition in Korea with 800 booths representing 300 companies from 10 countries.

As the Busan Metropolitan City proclaimed 2017 as the “First Year for Clean Energy,” it is expected that this exhibition will reflect the Busan Metropolitan City’s policies for the dissemination of new and renewable energy and various eco-friendly/new and renewable energy products. It is anticipated that many related industry experts at home and abroad will visit the exhibition. The exhibition consists of six exhibition halls such as Environmental Industry Hall, Hydrogen Fuel Cell Hall, New and Renewable Energy Hall, Electrical Station Hall, Gas Industry Hall, and Green Products Hall. In addition, a variety of concurrent events will be held.

"Green Hub Korea (GGHK)," the biggest environment/energy consultation event in Korea, will be specially featured and held in connection with the exhibition. Around 100 procuring organizations of environment and energy projects will take part in one-on-one consultations. This will help provide a foothold for Korean companies seeking to advance into overseas markets.

We are also pleased to announce that Wind Power Global Partnering Consultation will be held as part of the exhibition. This is good news for the wind power industry, which is currently experiencing a recession. In addition, 'The 3rd Public Domestic Marketplace' and the 'Energy Public Agencies & SMEs Marketplace', which aim for the revitalization of domestic demand, will become the venues at which Korean companies can pioneer into a new domestic market.

In addition, around 10 industry specialized seminars including 'Busan Global Water Forum' are expected to increase the sharing of up-to-date trends in technology and present a vision for the next generation of energy industry.
