Write down your name, category, address and phone number, and send by fax 051-334-1662
○ Application Deadline: ~ March 20, 2010  5:00 P.M.
○ Categories: Small, Big, Elementary School, Middle School, Children, Women, Creative
○ There is a 10,000 won participation fee for the ‘small’ and ‘big’ categories. All other categories are entirely free.
