The curtain rises on the Busan Asian Short Film Festival on May 13 at 7 p.m. at the Kyungsung University Concert Hall. The festival will take place over five days at the school, CGV Daeyeon multiplex and at
The festival is now in its 29th year, and it will screen 137 movies from 24 countries divided into two competitive categories - View of Asia and Extreme Short - and the non-competitive special programs category.
In final competition are 90 movies from 14 countries, with 50 fictional stories, 13 documentaries, 11 animated works, seven experimental works and nine miscellaneous short films.
Many multinational works made it to the final round. "Wagah"(documentary, Supriyo Sen) is a coproduction of
